We deliver across India, covering all major cities and towns. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation of payment.

  • Custom or special orders may take longer, depending on availability and production requirements.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on select products or promotional periods, as specified on the website.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can use this number to track the shipment with the courier partner.

6. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is complete and accurate.

  • The Ghosla Decor is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • In case of damage during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

  • Lost or undelivered shipments will be addressed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Multiple Shipments

  • Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages, depending on product availability. Each package will have a separate tracking ID.
