Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Returns Policy

 

  • Products purchased from The Ghosla Decor are non-returnable, except in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

  • Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted, unless otherwise required under applicable law.

  • Products must be returned in unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition, with original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • The Ghosla Decor reserves the right to inspect the returned product and make the final determination on eligibility for return.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds shall be initiated only if:

  • The defective or incorrect product is not available for replacement, or

  • Replacement or exchange is not feasible.

  • If the same product is available, replacement shall be offered instead of a refund, in line with standard e-commerce practices.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original mode of payment, as mandated under Indian e-commerce regulations.

  • No refund, return, or exchange shall be provided for:

  1. Customer dissatisfaction with color, texture, or appearance, where the product otherwise conforms to the description

  2. Minor variations arising due to lighting conditions, photography, or device display settings

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • In the event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the customer must notify The Ghosla Decor within 48 hours of delivery.

  • To process the claim, the customer must provide:

  1. A 360-degree unboxing video, clearly showing the product and packaging

  2. Clear photographs highlighting the issue

  3. Claims raised beyond the stipulated time frame may be rejected, except where otherwise required under applicable consumer protection laws.

  4. Variations in color due to screen resolution, lighting, or photography shall not be treated as defects.

4. Process for Return / Exchange

  • Raise a request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Share the required unboxing video and product images via email or WhatsApp.

  • The claim will be verified by our quality assurance team.

  • Upon approval, The Ghosla Decor will arrange for reverse pickup, subject to serviceability.

  • After inspection:

  1. A replacement will be dispatched, or

  2. A refund or store credit will be issued, as applicable.

  3. Replacement or exchange processing may take up to 15 days from the date of approval.

  4. The Ghosla Decor is not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. If such errors are not reported within 2 hours of order placement, the customer shall bear all associated return and re-shipping costs.
